1) Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love the Feeling Stamps System. If you don’t experience meaningful value within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a refund.
- Applies to digital products purchased on feelingstamps.com.
- Excludes completed 1:1 sessions already delivered (pro-rata possible if part of a bundle and unused).
- Abuse, excessive downloads/sharing may void eligibility.
2) EU Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
For digital content, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may expire once you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing the right when access/download begins. We typically request this consent during checkout to enable instant access.
3) How to Request a Refund
- Email support@feelingstamps.com with your order email, product, and reason.
- We may ask for basic feedback (optional) to improve the program.
- Once approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
Processing times: typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank/processor.
4) Exchanges & Downgrades/Upgrades
If you purchased the wrong tier, contact us within 7 days. We can switch you to another plan and charge/refund the difference where applicable.
5) Access After Refund
Upon a full refund, access to downloads/portals may be revoked. Please delete local copies. Continued use after a refund is not permitted.
