2) Scope & Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, digital products (eBooks, PDFs, audio files, courses), and services (incl. coaching/VIP). By purchasing or using our content, you agree to these Terms.

If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

3) Digital Products, License & Use

• Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital content for your own purposes.
• Redistribution, resale, public sharing, or making content available to third parties is prohibited without written permission.
• Account credentials (if any) must be kept confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account.

4) Pricing, Payments & Checkout

• Prices are listed in EUR; VAT may apply depending on location.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store full card details.
• Access is typically delivered instantly after successful payment and redirect to the Thank-You page.
• Incorrect price listings may be corrected; if already paid, you may opt for a refund or confirm at the corrected price.

5) EU Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the 14-day withdrawal right may expire once you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal when the download/streaming begins.

We additionally offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.

6) Coaching / VIP Sessions

• Scheduling: sessions are arranged by email. Rescheduling requires 24h notice; late cancellations may be forfeited.
• No medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Coaching supports personal development and is not therapy.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of abuse or breach of these Terms.

7) Intellectual Property

All materials (text, graphics, audio, video, brand elements) are protected by copyright and other IP laws. “Feeling Stampsystem” and related marks are proprietary. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8) Conduct & Prohibited Use

• No unlawful use, harassment, hate speech, or infringement of third-party rights.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access beyond normal browsing.
• No sharing of purchased files publicly or through file-sharing platforms.

9) Disclaimers

Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our content is educational, provided “as is”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for paid services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product/service.

This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory consumer rights.

11) Privacy

Your data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy, including cookies/consents and use of processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by German law. Consumers with habitual residence in the EU retain protection afforded by mandatory provisions of their country.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. We will indicate the “Last updated” date and notify where appropriate.
